![]() Imagine walking into a potential new business meeting with shorts, sandals, and a Tshirt, as you would normally be when meeting your casual friends. and most of the time we might do that unconsciously, without even knowing. We tend to reveal what we think is appropriate to the people we meet with in each occasion in order to impress, stand out, be heard, be liked, be accepted, gain new business, gain authority, and so on. Why else would we wear uncomfortable suits, choking ourselves all day with ties, and suit blazers in the summer, with shoes you hardly can walk around with? ![]() To the people around us and the people we meet, we are nothing more or less than what we reveal to them. ![]() I find this saying one of the most truthful statements we live by, day-by-day. Francis Underwood once said "After all, we are nothing more or less than what we choose to reveal"
